Villa Felice, located in Marine de Davia, Corbara, Balagne, Corsica, is offered for temporary holiday rental. The villa has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a swimming pool. Maximum occupancy is eight people, including children.
The villa is available for weekly rentals only, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Bookings for fewer than 7 nights are not accepted.

Cleaning fee: €200 extra per stay. Security deposit: €7,000, separate from the rental price. Other periods: price on request. The exact rental price and any additional fees are provided before booking confirmation. Tourist tax is included in the advertised price where applicable.
A booking is confirmed following the owner's written acceptance, signature of the rental agreement and payment of 40% of the rental price. The remaining 60% is due on arrival, before the keys are handed over. Accepted payment methods are cheque and bank transfer. Additional charges are specified in the rental agreement. All bookings remain subject to written confirmation.
Cancellation by the guest: If the guest cancels before arrival, the 40% paid at booking is retained by the owner and is non-refundable, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions. The remaining 60%, ordinarily due on arrival, will not be charged if the guest cancels before the stay.
Cancellation by the owner: If the owner cancels before the stay begins, all amounts already paid by the guest will be refunded, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies under applicable law.
Check-in from 4:00 pm; check-out before 10:00 am, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A property inspection and inventory may be carried out on arrival and departure.
A €7,000 security deposit is required on arrival, before the keys are handed over. It may be provided by cheque or another method agreed in advance with the owner, including a card pre-authorisation if offered. A cheque will not be cashed if no amounts are owed. Any deductions must be justified, including for damage attributable to the guest beyond normal wear and tear.
The security deposit is returned on the day of departure after the check-out inspection if no damage or outstanding amounts are identified. Where damage or outstanding amounts are identified, any deduction must be justified and the remaining balance returned as soon as the costs can be determined, in accordance with the rental agreement.
No more than eight people may occupy the villa. Parties, receptions and events are prohibited, including outdoors. Unregistered external visitors are not permitted. Guests must respect the peace and quiet of neighbours.
One pet is permitted per stay. The guest is responsible for supervising the pet, keeping the property clean and any damage caused by the pet.
Smoking inside the villa is prohibited. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, provided guests respect the property, follow fire-prevention instructions and leave no cigarette ends on the premises.
Guests must follow all safety and equipment-use instructions. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult near the swimming pool. Any malfunction or damage must be reported to the owner promptly.
Guests must use the property peacefully, take care of furnishings and return the accommodation in a condition consistent with normal use. Cleaning fees do not cover damage. Any requirements for holiday rental insurance or supporting documents will be specified before the agreement is signed.
